Crafting the creative work through art direction and design Conceptualise creative ideas for advertising/communications campaigns Ensure that the visual tonality is in line with Grab’s Brand Guidelines Supervise photography shoots Report directly to Creative Lead (Philippines) Work closely as a team with creative and marketing colleagues to ensure the work is delivered on time and on brief Liaise with suppliers to ensure the production and execution of the work meets the mark Report to and work with Creative Lead to help ensure the creative standard is maintained consistently At least a Diploma in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design or equivalent ​ Competent with Photoshop/Illustrator/In Design or its equivalent Good command of the English language Good command of spoken and written local language A good portfolio of well art-directed brand building and design work Knowledge of design and technology trends Experience working for a reputable advertising or digital agency is preferred Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to generate creative ideas strategically Digital experience is an advantage
