BU Compliance Mgr, AVP

As Business Unit Compliance Manager for AIS and Sector Solution in South East Asia, responsible to manage the design and execution of aligned Compliance Oversight Program; Keep track of applicable regulatory requirements to aligned business and guide and oversight business/FLOD gap analysis; Advisory to aligned business with regulatory requirements, State Street Corporate Compliance Policy and Procedures; Advisory compliance requirement on new product or service development, new corporate project initiatives and assess associated compliance risks; Produce compliance management report for local governance committee and Corporate/APAC Compliance; Provide compliance training to aligned business and promote a compliance culture; Proactively engagement with other function units within Compliance, e.g. Risk Monitoring Team, Ethics, Privacy, AML etc. and other Control functions, e.g. FLOD, ERM, Audit. Proactively identify and escalate any issues and weakness in aligned business unit control environment Bachelor degree and above; At least 8 years related working experiences, preferred in financial institutions (banking, Fund or Security firm) Legal Counsel, Compliance, Risk or Audit. etc. Demonstrated good communication and organization skills Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
