DIRECTOR, GLOBAL FACILITIES TOOL INSTALLATION

Define and manage group deliverables and means of measurement Define and manage group expectations and performance Ensure group deliverables meet company strategy and global Facilities Management expectations Ensure group communication with all global manufacturing sites Resolve group and individual escalated issues Maintain communication with customers to ensure that present and future needs are being met or exceeded Report to senior and executive management related to strategic direction of the group Interact with site Facilities Management and corporate manufacturing teams regarding group functions, support opportunities and resolution of facilities issues Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. 10 years or more of experience in fast track large scale tool install or construction projects. Strong leadership and people management skills. Must be tolerant to ambiguity and self-motivated. High level analytical skills are essential.
