Director - Lead Management Expert

The employer is a leading insurance company.  Define an end to end lead management strategy and operating model Robust processes to track prospect & customers across the purchase funnel Define the operating model and execution roadmap to build overall lead management capabilities Customized to targeted lead generation campaigns Implement best in class lead management solutions in target markets Streamline overall demand management and define success metrics Implement optimum lead allocation logic to optimize conversion Automate reporting and create insight driven dashboards  Strong record of success working in Agency/ Bancassurance in an innovative and constantly evolving company 14 years experience in an MNC / large corporate house with at least 5 years experience in managing lead management, workforce management, E2E sales process, Demand generation, etc. Financial services experience would be highly desirable, however is not essential. Past consulting or transformational experience appreciated Overall diverse experience in various roles either within a company or working in technology driven start-ups a plus In addition to English, fluent in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean language Accomplished change management leader, able to operate effectively in a highly matrix environment. MBA in Marketing/ IT from a reputed university or other advance degree preferred
