Executive/Senior Executive, Executive Education (Futures Ready Singapore)

The employer is an University. Coordinate and undertake futures-related research activities Design, coordinate and run futures-related events, e.g. workshops, roundtables etc. Engage with and maintain a network of futures practitioners and futures programme alumni Engage in simple contract negotiations Market existing programmes to targeted audience Assist in the delivery of the programme and oversee logistics, predominantly in Singapore but occasionally overseas if required Other duties as required Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in a social science field Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, entry level graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge or experience in futures thinking, scenario planning, public policy, strategic planning would be an advantage Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess the ability to multi-task and work effectively with staff, internal and external stakeholders at all levels Possess strong analytical, personal and human relationship skills; must be comfortable with networking Possess strong tenacity, flexibility and is resourceful to clear roadblocks Highly committed with good service-oriented attitude Demonstrate strong planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Demonstrate good organizational capabilities with an eye for details Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
