Executive/Senior Executive (Industry Relations)

The employer is an University. Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate internship and job placements. Manage a series of industry insights programmes which are to be launched; and a newly-launched mentorship programme. Curate industry-specific insights and work collaboratively with colleagues from other functions and departments to deliver these insights to students. To note-take at meetings and submit file notes / minutes in a timely fashion. Manage a geographical region and sector account; and engage with key industry partners. Manage the smooth execution of key industry events, workshops and career talks. Explore technological enhancements to streamline processes, along with any other special projects as assigned. A recognised university degree with up to 3 years of work experience in Strategy Management and/or Business Development. Entry level graduates are welcome to apply. Strong industry knowledge in specific growth and emerging sectors in Singapore and the region. Ability to develop a detailed understanding of client issues and needs and develop ideas and solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team to meet tight timelines and achieve goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients across different business levels. Strong desire to make a difference to the lives of the young and contribute towards the development of graduates so that they will be ready for the future workforce. Possesses good attention to details especially when working under pressure. IT savvy and proficient in the use of other computer software and tools. Strong work ethics, high energy and results oriented.
