Executive/Senior Executive/Asst Manager, Shared Services

The employer is an University. Responsible for HRIS updates for all other staff categories. Maintenance of staff personnel files. Use HR tools and systems appropriately to complete assigned work and ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards. Ensure data integrity when meeting deadlines and timely delivery of services. Able to multitask and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as back-up resources for timely delivery of services.
