They are well known for their condusive environment for learning and nurture of any individual. Build and operate a new Global Procurement function Drives Supplier partnership, collaboration and conformance Developing a continuous improvement culture Defining and executing a global procurement strategy covering all departments and entire school spend Managing Procurement budgets, headcount, expenditure, annual performance targets Manage and evaluate the purchasing activities and budget of the organisation Negotiate major purchases, develop blanket or master agreements with suppliers Master / Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration Six sigma / PMP / APICS certified will be a plus Min 8 years of experience in setting up a new procurement department from scratch Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures Experience working in an education institute / international school will be a plus Experience in managing people Strong in development of sourcing strategy and category management
