GRS Director SEA

Ensures compliance of division presented in the allocated region with product safety, environmental and regulatory and clients requirements, and appraises impact of governmental regulations on operations, and establishes program to ensure compliance Monitors major legislative and regulatory issues and provides analyses and strategies to maintain compliance Identifies areas of concern and puts plans in place for corrective action Represents company at international industry organizations and in all requested functions according to the L&C advocacy plan Provides technical support at the highest level and is considered your organization's top scientific/technical resource in this area; Accompanies sales and other upper management on customer visits to consult on relevant issues and do make presentations as required Defines with VP divisional strategy and implements it in zone of responsibility Defines the strategy in the zone for the PSRA client and business support Coordinates the delivery of the GRS divisional strategy in region Advises the business during all the phases of the project, concerning regulatory aspects Ability to transform business and divisional objectives into longer term plans and deliver (involves listening to and understanding the needs of the business, then having the ability to adapt not only the systems but also review Firmenich policy and identify ways to support and improve creativity while still protecting the company). Can integrate creative and business thinking into delivering Effectively communicates visons to sphere of influences Acts as a change champion, continuously looking for ways to improve GRS level of support to the business and presenting those ideas to GRS Executive team.
