Head, Human Resource (HR) Department

The employer is from Finance sector. You will lead and manage the HR Department and play a key role in enhancing organisation capabilities and building a highly competent and resilient workforce that is aligned with ACRA’s strategic direction. You are required to plan, design, implement, and review strategies, policies and processes in relation to the full spectrum of HR functions that attract, motivate, develop, and retain high performing and engaged people who are committed to achieving organisation’s goals. You will also serve as a strategic partner to line departments and provide them with professional HR guidance and support. Excellent HR knowledge and extensive work experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions Strong leadership skills, strategic, resourceful with the acumen to adapt in a fast-changing and dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and key stakeholders
