Be the primary contact between the Research Institute/Entity and the Group HR department Partner with the Research Institute’s/Entity’s management and staff in delivering/implementing HR initiatives and processes Facilitate the recruitment requirements, contracts management, performance management and training requirements of Research Institute/Entity in partnership with the group HR department Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters whenever appropriate Provide value-add advisory to the Research Institute’s/Entity’s management on strategic HR areas such as manpower and succession planning, talent engagement and retention Degree with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience Strong management and interpersonal skills Excellent writing and communication skills
