Head of Operations, Recovery

The company is on a mission to dominate e-commerce logistics in Southeast Asia. Manage the overall operational and budgetary aspects of the department Plan and allocate resources effectively to staff and achieve the team KPIs Hire, lead and motivate the team to perform and be productive at work Evaluate and improve the operational processes Prepare, analyze and report statistics and data for management to track the strategic goals Communicate and liaise regularly with other managers within Ninja Van to maintain or accomplish operational milestones Perform other responsibilities and duties as and when required At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or relevant fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strongly objective and logical, able to make sound and unbiased judgement Highly detailed in work and possess a strong sense of observation Excellent time management skills Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, able to interpret and derive conclusion from the data Proficient in MS office, particularly in Excel Resilient and able to thrive under tremendous pressure
