Head of Product - Technology

A leading US-based Insurance business with presence in across 5 continents and 800 offices globally. Reporting to the CIO based in Singapore, you would be responsible for leading a team of product owners to drive the digital transformation of the business into a producer and customer centric insurer in the region. You would wholly responsible for product vision, roadmap and strategy working with key stakeholders within the organisation. Minimum 8 years' experience in business, engineering, technology, consulting Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and IT project management Experience managing end-to-end product roadmaps and strategies Able to make difficult and quick decisions on a daily basis Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders-strong leadership skills Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress Strong experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty Effective and consistent communicator Travelling requirement: 20% of the time
