Head of Program Management, Product Area Staffing

Company in the IT sector. Serve as the key thought leader and primary point of contact for Product Area Staffing and their clients on diversity activities in APAC. Drive projects, build work plans, structure and perform analyses, and refine insights. Work with appropriate teams to execute changes to enhance the hiring process. Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters and support staff to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity. Create a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity. Develop and monitor metrics that improve sourcing efficacy and demonstrate ROI. Communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner. Work closely with Staffing leadership team, senior business executives, HR partners and Finance to ensure that the staffing organization is able to support business growth.  10 years of experience across a combination of management consulting (strategy, operations focused), business analysis, project management, senior talent acquisition, HR, or sales. Experience managing multi-country teams, building/delivering pipelines, and planning/executing strategies in business environments. Experience gaining trust and influencing. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions. Knowledge and perspectives in the area of diversity staffing. Developed consulting abilities through strong relationships, expertise, and data. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends. Demonstrated ability to identify and develop multifaceted relationships that span across organizations and holistically solve key organizational challenges.
