MCT Planning SIC Engineer/Senior Engineer

Network support to improve and support BIC (Best In Class) Gb Output, Constraint Workstation utilization, as well as BIC NPI (New Product Introduction) and Inventory Management. Identify, manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the FE Manufacturing. Lead development of leading indicators to improve Manufacturing efficiency, develop roadmap and drive execution for improvement of these indicators. Forecast potential roadblocks in inventory management and develop mitigation plans with the site Inventory Managers. drive and align the FE Production team on critical reports for Line Management and Inventory Management. Facilitate deployment of projects to improve fab efficiency Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience 5 years experience in Inventory Control or Production Planning. Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred. Demonstrate ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success/failure in order to increase team’s effectiveness. Demonstrate utilization of different area departments to assist in automation and area improvement projects- (OI team, Change Management). Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Thorough knowledge of Micron’s Lot Tracking, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Line Management systems and related production and planning reporting tools.
