NVEG - Senior/Product Engineer 1
As the leader in innovative memory solutions,helping the world make sense of data by delivering technology that is transforming how the world uses information. Support yield, speed and quality improvement activities for Nand and NOR devices Perform electrical failutre analysis to understand the root cause of NAND and NOR device failures. Work with the wafer fab process/integration group to address process-related defects. Identify design marginalities and recommend design fix for circuit-related problems Utilize state-of-art high-speed equipment to support product characterization, product validation and electrical failure analysis Lead technical and failures analysis efforts in qualifications, excursions. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering. Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills. Good understanding of CMOS device physics and circuit design working experience with NAND and NORproducts
