Principal/ Senior Recruitment Consultant (Banking & Financial Services) Required Skills: Strong understanding of client & candidate markets in segments such as: Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Fund Administration, and Securities Services. Experience placing candidates in two or more of the following verticals within Banking / Financial Services including: Risk (Operational, Market, Credit, Enterprise) Audit, Legal, Compliance, Finance (Corporate/Shared Services), Middle-to-Back (Client Services, Documentation, Operations), Middle to Back Office, etc. A high biller who consistently achieves or exceeds team or individual KPI’s and targets Ability to fill temporary and/or permanent roles Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
