Principal/Senior RG NAND, Process Cell Engineer

Maintain and enforce best possible communication between Process Integration, Product Engineering, Design, Live Die Rel, and Quality for key Quality issues. Feedback critical customer RMA issues that need development solutions. Improve RG NAND Technode critical decision points with critical to quality input. Identify gaps and intitiatives to close gaps for all RG NAND GSPEC major components, RSPEC, VSPEC, ESPEC, CSPEC. Insure there are documented department-wide business processes according to Corporate QMS guidelines. Track closure of any non-conformances (NC) and pursue opportunities for improvement (OFI). Insure the development of Process FMEA documents for all technologies scheduled to transfer to manufacturing. Summarize complex Replacement gate problems, derive and explain actions taken to address them. Drive effective cross-functional communication on issue resolution. Understanding of the RG NAND process flow, as well as the function and purpose of major process modules. Familiar with BE test flow and major failure modes. Commitment and Continuous Improvement Experience developing FMEA documents for high technology products for use in high volume manufacturing facilities. Understanding of the ISO certification process and experience leading and/or participating in external ISO audits. Experience creating process maps and identifying key inputs and outputs of major business processes. Strong organizational and facilitation skills with ability to clearly communicate complex topics. Understanding of project management best practices and experience planning and executing continuous improvement projects. Passion for improving product quality to increase customer satisfaction.
