Regional Sales Director, ASEAN

Driving double digit organic growth from the existing revenue base through a combination of new sales and customer retention Identifying and progressing inorganic growth opportunities in the region Developing a strong local team for profitable short and long term growth Drive productivity and maximize sales effectiveness, implement sound account management strategies across the Academic & Government and Corporate sectors by working closely with local sales team and implementing a robust sales process for improving retention of existing as well as attracting new customers Demonstrated experience of operating at a similar level of seniority with a Global connect - breadth of knowledge/experience at a senior level of operation, encompassing network development, marketing/sales management, business leadership Significant sales experience (at least 10 years) in closing high-value software solutions within related industries is essential Proven sales management experience (includes agent management) A proven and consistent track record of above target revenue growth The proven ability to motivate, coach & mentor in a sales environment The ability to deal with a wide range of customers - from end users to senior level customer contacts Excellent written, presentation and communication skills Proven sophisticated negotiation skills
