The employer is a global, research and development-driven pharmaceutical company committed to bringing better health and a brighter future to patients Ensure delivery of Ethics & Compliance across region providing expert area /local insight on regulatory environment as well as identifying and escalating emerging issues in market Guide the business in shaping the organizational mindset around the PTRB (Patient-Trust-Reputation-Business)-Model to firmly embed ethical decision-making principles Act as regional business partner providing advice and support on ethics and compliance matters. Lead cross-functional teams on Transparency Reporting, Monitoring, procedure development, training and global compliance projects / initiatives Coordinate COC Ambassador network (recruit inspire, motivate COC Ambassadors) for GEM region Design, implement and enhance standards, procedures, controls and guidance Member of the GEM Ethics and Compliance leadership team providing input to GEM E&C strategy Support and coordinate Risk Management (incl. Risk Assessment Mitigation and reporting) Perform / Supervise - Area / local investigations and lead during local audits Deputy to Head E&C GEM Acts as role model for Takeda’s values, ethics and values-based decision making High interpersonal and communication skills including ability to challenge and provide advice/ guidance to business Ability to lead across a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
