To undertake e-learning initiatives and/or interacting software solutions To be responsible for designing, developing, presenting, implementing and maintaining cutting-edge e-learning content/solutions to support the teaching and learning of Undergraduate Medical Education, for e.g. Kotobee Collaborate and work with content experts and developer to create effective new e-learning content and blended learning solutions (incorporating instructional design approaches) using educational technologies and leading development tools. This includes identifying user requirements, working with content experts and developers to deliver the requirements, ensuring project project milestones and budget are met Source, coordinate, organise, and conduct training workshops for faculty and students on pedagogy, content design, use of eLearning resources and mobile applications for effective teaching and learning Develop partnerships with academic departments, related centres and offices in NUS to share and support existing/new education technology resources for Undergraduate Medical Education Design and deploy methodologies to evaluate, analyse, and report on effectiveness of e-learning content and solutions Conduct presentation sessions to raise e-learning awareness and promote the use/creation of e-learning content for teaching and learning Review education technology related academic papers and develop networks with professionals in and outside of the University Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Instructional Design and Technology would be advantageous) 3-5 years of working experience Experience in implementing e-learning and mobile learning solutions in education/training environment Experience in identifying pedagogical needs Experience in developing and delivering technical training to an audience with varying levels of technical understanding Experience in using learning management system and authoring software Experienced facilitator with good presentation skills Strong teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask and effectively undertake multiple projects concurrently
