The employer is an University.  1. Human resource and staff relations management Contract Renewal Hiring of new manpower 2. Finance and budget management Budget projections (manpower, other operating expenses, equipment) Ensure expenses incurred are budgeted for Preparation of finance reconciliation 3. Grants & Resource management Ethic Applications Setting up of legal agreements between organisations Grant renewal & variation Space planning Preparation of reports to funding agencies Tracking of recruitment taggers 4. Ensuring compliance of regulations from funding agencies and University.  Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in qualifications Independent mature worker who is well-organized, ability to multitask, work under stress and meet tight deadlines Demonstrates ability to relate well with staff at all levels Possess good written and spoken communication skills Is detail oriented, have analytical problem solving and decision marking skills Proficient good written and spoken communication skills Possess good interpersonal skills and be willing to travel between the University and external sites as part of his/her work
