Senior Manager/VP - Asset/Portfolio Management

The company successfully operates multiple local, regional and international real estate investment platforms. It continues to evolve and expand its presence whilst systematically sharpening its internal capability whilst preparing for its next 5-year phase of aggressive growth. The appointed individual will report to an SVP/Head of Asset Management for the business unit and be fully responsible for managing the performance of its European and US-based logistics assets. The appointed individual will support asset acquisition, management and divestment life-cycle and will be required to provide appropriate input and expertise throughout. This will include asset evaluation, the proposal and execution of post-acquisition performance management and enhancement strategies (with guidance to on the ground property, marketing & leasing teams), budget and business planning and monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio performance reporting. Naturally, the appointed individual will secure and share market insights whilst providing recommendations relating to investment or exit strategy. Interested candidates should offer Degree accreditation in Real Estate (investment/valuation and investment/asset management) and at least 8-10 years’ relevant experience within investment and/or asset/portfolio management. Prior expertise managing the performance of logistics assets would be highly desirable.
