Senior Marketing Director, APAC, Marketing

The company is building the advertising platform of choice for the open Internet, an ecosystem that favors neutrality, transparency and inclusiveness. Lead the APAC Marketing Team. Hire, Retain, Motivate and Develop the Members of the APAC marketing team. Participate with the APAC management team, in defining the APAC strategy and go to market alongside the APAC EVP and Regional MDs. Participate with the Field marketing leadership team, defining the marketing strategy and go to market alongside the VP Regional Marketing, and other functional and regional leaders. Promote, personally and with the team, the Criteo Brand in APAC markets. Develop and execute the APAC marketing plan, based on the business goals and marketing results expected. Participate in developing and running integrated thought leadership and demand generation campaigns. Build and lead a team to support the development and execution of the APAC marketing strategy. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis. Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends and modern technologies. Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments. MBA or equivalent and 10 years working experience in similar positions. Proven International Experience. Working with many countries of different cultures. Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A modern marketer with deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, marketing automation, CRM. Stature, gravitas, and confidence to gain the credibility and respect of high-performing leadership team. Comfortable working in a matrix environment, highly effective manager of stakeholders and collaborative by nature. Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs. Believer in analytics and metrics to optimize all aspects of marketing. Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output. Willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Fluency in written and spoken English & Japanese language.
