We're looking for someone like that to help us: – manage the recruitment process for Wealth Management – identify and onboard the right candidates – build relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources business partners – work closely with colleagues in other Human Resources teams – make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience – participate in local hiring committee meetings with Business heads About us Expert advice. Your experience and skills You have: – minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services recruitment preferably in Wealth Management – worked in a similar position or have other professional experience serving customers face to face – wide professional network within Financial Services / Wealth Management You are: – passionate about human resources and love interacting with people – an excellent negotiator and communicator – always professional (but you have the human touch) What we offer Together.
