Sr. Director, Business Development- Customer Success

The company is the World's leading supply chain provider powering today's digital transformation. Lead the APAC team to drive renewal bookings for Cloud, SaaS and Maintenance, develop strong customer engagement, and drive expansion of the customer’s footprint with JDA. Work closely with the regional President, Sales, and Consulting on goals and specific needs of APAC. Drive SaaS adoption through defined campaigns and deliverables. Responsible for gathering data and accurately forecasting weekly/monthly/quarterly and communicating to leadership Exceed booking and revenue targets and set team OKRs in line with expectations from Finance and Customer Success Leadership. Work with cross functional teams to drive expansion, determine areas of improvement and identify new best practices. Serve as focal point internally and externally for customers, partners, and product sales with an emphasis on driving SaaS adoption. Special Projects outside of the job description may be required such as creating new offerings, pilot programs and staying current with industry best practices and trends. Individual must be comfortable with customer engagement at the C-level, collaborative, and have effective negotiation skills. MUST be a stronger leader that motivates team members, demonstrates passion internally and externally, and instills urgency to perform at the highest level possible. Quota carrying role BA Degree in Business Administration Required, MBA Preferred. 5 years of strategic SaaS growth adoption and customer engagement experience 8 years demonstrated success in a Renewal Management/ Expanded Revenue capacity with a focus on strong negotiation of service contracts and Sales. 3 years of SalesForce.com experience required/ Apttus experience preferred. Experience owning and managing a P&L Advanced knowledge of Excel. Professional communicator with a strong business and financial acumen. Marketing Background a plus Up to 40% travel
