Grow Education Line of Business in accordance with company plan Recruit, select, train, appraise performance and administer salaries of reporting employees Manages a team of sales and sales managers for a territory/region. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of sales staff. Degree with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High degree of personal integrity and ethical standards Ability to work within a matrixes and cross functional organisation building strong internal relationships Strong English and Chinese language skills
