Transactions Management Director

The employer is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management. An exciting role has opened up within the Transactions Management team in JLL You will get to be part of a successful, driven, global account team. Acting as the Regional IPS/Account Lead for a top global account, you will cover a portfolio of over 150 sites. As a senior member of the 5-person account team, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues and counterparts in EMEA and Americas. This position calls for a highly energetic and “hands on” leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills as well as comprehensive experience of managing real estate strategies and financial analysis skill. Creating Asset strategies, alignment with the client, then ensure seamless execution with our experienced transactions and broker network. You will be an experienced real estate professional with hands–on experience of working on and delivery of complex Portfolio Strategies across wide ranging geographies. You will need to have at least 5 years of experience handling P&L. A proficient understanding of transactions management and how to deliver inter related activity to the client is necessary. You will be familiar with working with fast moving MNC clients with a regional and global presence and multiple service lines. Prior experience in managing a diverse and dispersed team is essential.
