Head of Quality Strategy & Business Operations Commercial and GEM Quality

Company in the Pharmaceutical sector. Strategy: Lead the development of the Commercial Quality and GEM Quality approaches in alignment with the GQ Roadmap, including long- and mid-range plans aligned to growth/pipeline development, network strategy and business imperatives. This includes working with leaders on the annual MRP process, and leading goal setting and quarterly reporting. Integration: Provide oversight of integration deliverables in Commercial Quality and GEM Quality including process improvement/harmonization, legal entity change considerations, synergy realization and ensuring the Operating Model is fully implemented. Engagement: Support heads of Commercial Quality and GEM Quality in leadership team dynamics and engagement. Change Management: Lead the design, development, and implementation of various change/transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to reflect the Quality business in Commercial Quality and GEM Quality such as OPEX, Lab Transformation, Agile initiatives and remediation programs, using lean tools as needed. Organizational Capability: Supports building organizational capability to deliver long-term objectives for science, systems, and people. This includes embedding a Quality Culture that focuses on patients, instilling a learning environment, and general project management oversight. Communication: Works closely with the Global Quality Communications function to ensure timely updates on progress in support of the GQ Roadmap and integration. Scientific or Business degree 10 years of increasing management responsibility combined with strong technical operations background. Awareness across all of the Quality disciplines (QA, QC, Systems and Compliance, Services and Improvement) and working in an international environment Effective financial acumen and competencies to help GQ Leaders in Quality client groups optimize mid/large organization Experience using lean six sigma tools - greenbelt/blackbelt preferred Fluent in written and spoken English
