Head of Segment Development, UOB Partnerships

Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan to drive sales performance improvement and efficiency across all segments Develop and deliver insurance value proposition across segments in collaboration with various business units of bank partner Strategy execution including identifying and developing the necessary processes to link the strategic objectives of partners with PACS companywide strategic objectives such as digital innovations, improving customer experience Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for building relationships with other prospective business units of bank partner where appropriate. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements of the Bank and build the partnership by continuously proposing new and innovative solutions that meet the partnership’s objectives Identifies, scopes and manage strategic projects end-to-end; maintains responsibility for deliverables and timelines, shifting priorities as needed; manages stakeholder relationships and expectations Tracking of progress updates and consolidation of project updates on initiatives from relevant stakeholders Oversee preparation of key meetings and half-yearly Business Planning with the Bank partner e.g. Steering Committee documentation with senior management reps, clearing of meeting minutes and follow through of post-meeting actions with the respective internal and Bank stakeholders Develop strong relationships with bank partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders Manage and resolve conflicts with bank partners, management of information regarding daily operations of the partnership and providing regular updates to bank partners Lead a small and effective team in providing sales support to the overall channel Overall channel budget management Other duties as assigned Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills Articulate and able to voice his/her opinions Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities Dynamic individual who strives in a fast-paced environment Good presentation and negotiating skills Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
