Account Director

Operate as the key point of contact of AIMIA and support Client & Business Director responsible for account P&L for any and all matters specific to your client in Asia Pacific markets, based in Singapore. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders in order to drive customer loyalty strategy and operations in all operating markets for the client. Lead and manage the account team to drive end to end loyalty program operations in the operating markets. Optimize and Manage end-to-end account operations and documentation related with respect to overall account operations for client which includes CRM loyalty campaigns, data analytics, rewards and technology platforms. Manage Salesforce.com with existing and new to base opportunities. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to grow account revenue. Understand and maintain loyalty program design & operations, data analytics, rewards & partnerships and technology services provided by Aimia to the client. Identity and lead new revenue opportunities within account, help client to build proposals and business case to get the budget approvals. Collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure stable operation of the loyalty system that AIMIA provides to the client. Cope with data analysts and consultants to provide insights and effective recommendations for improving customer loyalty. Addresses customer inquiries escalated by Change Request related to the Loyalty program. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or work Proven 5-10 years of work experience in Customer Loyalty or Account Management role in field of consumer marketing or customer loyalty. Strong understanding of customer data analytics and loyalty in consumer and retail industry. Experience in delivering client-focused loyalty solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Ability to work with clients in both face to face and remote environment.
