APAC BPS COO - Initiatives, Human Capital and Communications

A leading global wealth manager with strong investment banking and asset management capabilities. Your key role in the APAC Business Processing and Services COO team supporting high priority business initiatives, Human Capital Program, and organization communication. You will provide link from Strategy to execution with tracking and transparency on the function's critical initiative portfolio; important metrics, breakthroughs and achievements. You will work with HR and management team to develop Human capital strategy and program including training and development priorities and projects; organizational design and input to management and leadership programs. You will develop and improve strong communications linked to strategy and key activities including executive and senior management updates; town-hall and employee communications and events. You have a track record managing initiatives and programs and/or program management office. You have experience working with senior management teams and executive partners. You have exposure to Human capital initiatives and development topics. You have demonstrated abilities in communication with excellent spoken and written English. Your strong skill in PowerPoint is needed.
