Associate Director, Finance

The organization is a provider of structured finance solutions for companies in Singapore. The company in question are hiring for an Associate Director for Finance who will be responsible for all finance matters. Alongside the BAU work, the incumbent will be the person in charge of the implementation of a new finance system and be responsible for all matters in this regard. This will include managing process flows and performing change management assessments that affect Finance, managing month end closing, performing UAT testing, performing variance analysis of the business performance and providing accurate GST and tax submissions. You will be a degree educated Finance professional, with at least 8 years' experience in your field. The job holder will have an excellent working experience of Financial Reporting Standards and be extremely well versed with accounting systems including Oracle Financials. Due to the nature of the role, you will be a good team player and be able to identify key finance risks, an ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
