AVP/VP Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description Liaise with new/existing customers, develop good relationships with internal/external counterparties to promote trading of derivatives products Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote the existing and new commodities products in derivatives markets Provide quality trading and support services to exchange participants Explore market needs, plan and implement promotion activities Provide good quality training/education to promote derivatives market Formulate and implement promotion programs on products and services To recruit new exchange participants and market makers Skills & Software Requirements: 5 to 10 years of relevant marketing/sales experience in Fuel oil industry Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields Highly-organized and able to manage projects and conflicting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment Sound knowledge of derivatives trading Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Commercial and customer focus If the above speaks to you, we'd love to hear from you Please send in your updated CV via houxianfanpplesearch.com / glennwongpplesearch.com if you feel that there is a strict fit with your experience and interest.
