The company is a global technology, defence and engineering group specialising in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors. A key member of ST Engineering’s Chief Strategy Officer’s team “Strategy business partner” to selected ST Engineering Lines of Business (LOBs) Facilitating strategy discussions, via strategy frameworks, processes Help develop and implement business strategies for sustainable success globally Support management in Strategy Projects inc. presentations to leadership team 1 0 years in some or all of the following roles: Strategic Planning, Consulting, Business Development or equivalent Overseas working experience with good knowledge of strategic partnerships, strategic intelligence and strategic planning with global organisations Demonstrated P&L success Having both public and private sector experience Excellent EQ; and a good written and verbal communicator Creative yet disciplined and highly analytical Ability to meld complex concepts with real experience Motivated to play a strong “behind the scenes” role
