CEO/GM/Operations Director (Plastic Manufacturing)

The employer is an established and fast-growing organization. Have specific ownership of sales, centre operations, marketing communications, systems, and development. Work with the current team to understand different strength to motivate the organization towards the target by providing clear operational directions to be implemented. Provide effective and inspiring leadership through active involvement in all senior level client network and relationship building. Strong understanding on new growth area such as FMCG, Pharma, Plastic manufacturing sectors in the APAC region in order to deliver significant YOY revenue, margin and operational profit growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to have accumulated at least 15-20 years with hands-on plant operations experience equipped with P&L responsibility in the senior management level within Plastic manufacturing will be advantageous. Strong communicator and the ability to motivate, inspire and engage senior stakeholders to garner support and teamwork.
