Client Support Officer - Global Private Banking

Principal responsibilities ​Prepare and review minutes, resolutions other related documents or payments and execute as authorised signatory Communicate with internal clients, global offices and local Agents independently Advise and assist on documentation and other matters Work with other departments to facilitate delivery of administration service to customers To observe and reinforce internal control policies and procedures and statutory guidelines as applicable to the role Timely implementation of internal and external issues raised by management, audit and regulators Assist in ad hoc assignments Qualifications Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Legal or related discipline, with Trust Administration, legal or audit background Meticulous with a keen eye for detail Good communication skills, both written and spoken Fast learner with a positive attitude Team player with good interpersonal skills You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
