Reporting to Division Head, you will be the key driver in ensuring a controlled and compliant work environment while minimizing business risks. Complementing the ERM and Internal audit teams, you will be responsible for revamping the controls framework, review and testing of process, flows and systems covering all business functions. You will work with senior management of the various business divisions to advise on internal control framework, effect recommendations to the business processes and lead trainings and conferences to share best practices. You must be degree qualified, preferably with CIA and at least 15 years’ relevant experience gained from both Big 4 and internal audit within a commercial set up. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders. You are a proven people manager and confident engaging directly with senior leadership.
