Deputy Director, Enforcement

Provide recommendations to strategic studies and reviews on effectiveness of enforcement and non-punitive initiatives implemented, to improve or develop new strategies to reach out to different group of stakeholders to achieve ACRA’s strategic objectives Lead a team to develop programmes and improvement initiatives to better facilitate voluntary compliance in the Provide oversight and advice to the team in the course of project and policy/legislation developmentnd implementation Implement targeted enforcement based on ACRA’s strategy so as to improve compliance rate Develop and enhance strategies to identify non-compliant cases for appropriate enforcement Propose approaches (e.g., policies, processes) for implementation (e.g. adopting risk-based approach to facilitate compliance, issuance of penalties and composition fines) Oversee the selection, training, development and supervision of staff to ensure a competent and engaged team to deliver on the enforcement objectives Approve specifications for system requirements that enhances and streamlines the processes Minimum 8 years of enforcement experience with 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Good knowledge of process/operation streamlining Familiar with Strategic Planning and Budgeting process, project management
