Develop Logistics Masterplan and review on periodic basis Assist to align Home Team Departments’ logistics plans to MHA’s Logistics Masterplan Analyse and develop proposals to enhance Logistics operations in MHA and at Department levels Implement initiatives stated in Masterplan Establish and review Transport and Supply policies in MHA, on an annual basis or when needs arise. Advise Asset Managers in event of queries Review and update Asset Management Framework on periodic basis Spearhead Key strategic partnerships development in Logistics functions and supply chain optimisation efforts Drive and develop major best-sourcing initiatives in logistics functions Provide consultation on major best-sourcing projects to Home Team Departments Evaluate all major and critical best-sourcing initiatives and staff recommendations to Senior Management for decisions Oversee replacement of this asset class in MHA Provided pre-AOR consultation and inputs to HT AORs Tertiary qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be advantageous. At least 8 years of relevant experiences in logistics management, strategic logistics planning and executing logistics support for major operations such as overseas missions Experiences in formulating Logistics policies Development or re-engineering of logistics processes Experiences in the use of analytical and optimisation tools, eg 6-sigma Project and Team Management Skills
