Deputy Head (Office of Global Programmes), Centre for Experiential Learning

Will co-write proposals, create reports, review and explain data trends, formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations; Will co-lead in the assessment and review of students' global learning reports; Will organise and/or participate in student equipping activities that may include the design, marketing and development of non-credit bearing programmes, the facilitation of student learning, and the evaluation of programme effectiveness; Will complete routine administrative tasks and participate in the development and monitoring of budgets; Will analyse, develop and/ revise global programmes' policies and standard operating procedures; Will occasionally mentor, coach or advise students in their global learning journey; Will frequently mentor and supervise other junior team members. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 6 years of working experience in any field Interest in global issues and intercultural learning Curiosity in a wide range of fields and topics (Innovation would be a bonus) Experience with managing or designing programmes, and/ Experience working with diverse projects Ability to co-lead the workflow and timeline of multiple projects, as well as work independently to meet expected deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated teamwork experience Interest in youth development Some facilitation experience This role will require some travel to emerging markets within Asia.
