The company is one of Singapore’s respected Main Contractor known for delivering design & build projects, including commercial and industries projects. Reporting to the Managing Director. Project planning and resource allocation & managing design teams Oversee headcount/ budgetary planning for the project management departments. Timely issuance of design drawings for sub contractor tender. monitor construction schedule, timely procurement and award of sub contracts works Enforce timely issuance of design drawing for subcontractor for tender Enforce prompt submission and payment of client progress claim. Formulat technical responses to tender, assist tender pricing and negotiation Attend client tender interview if required Conduct meetings (client design, internal design, pre construction meeting with business development and operation, review meetings. Provide all projects updates to Managing director Responsibility in projects authority Allocate and manage projects reference numbers Audit design drawing for value engineering Masters/Degree holder in construction related discipline from recognised University Knowledge of current construction laws, legislations, and regulations, standards and procedures Experience of project planning and resource allocation & managing design teams Minimum 8 years’ experience in the delivery of new build projects $40m in construction value) Candidate who is currently a Senior Project Manager can be considered for this position.
