The employer is a publicly listed company with presence in several countries including Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses Overlooking the business's P&L to ensure financial targets are consistently achieved Maintaining communication of corporate directions between HQ and the operations team Driving promotions, activities and marketing campaigns in-align with brand standards Managing the operations team and establishing structured training with development plans Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a relevant field Minimum 10 years' of F&B operations experience in restaurants or hospitality environment Previous F&B experience in a team management capacity is required Proven track record of making strategic business decisions with extensive hands-on operations knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
