Director of Engineering South East Asia & Korea - Based Singapore

The company is a Hotel.  INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS Design & Engineering other BU’s Development Legal / Risk New Hotel Openings Team Operations Commercial External relationships Industry Consultants Relevant Government Bodies and Leaders Consultants Contractors Suppliers Hotel Owners and Franchisees  Qualifications –Degree or Diploma in Engineering (or international equivalent) with emphasis in: built environment, building services, marine, mechanical and electrical engineering. Experience –Minimum 8 years related experience to include at least 5 years in a related building services role for hotel or commercial complexes along with a consultancy background with a bias towards Design and initiating best practice where design is concerned. Hotel working experience and experience in a multi-national Corporate environment is considered an added advantage. You will have deomonstrable experience of running your own technical services projects ideally in hotel, real esate or a complex corporate multi-site environment. Required Skills –Strong design, technical and operational experience combined with a hands-on problem-solving approach, strong oral and written communication skills; strong consensus-building skills, effective presentation and interpersonal skills, management skills; financial skills; project management skills.
