Director of Revenue

You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing has a minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry to champion all the revenue maximization initiatives in Rooms, Catering and Food & Beverage to lead cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food and Beverage departments to be responsible for and facilitate strategic competitive practices through scientific decision support tools to manage all aspects of revenue forecasting, competitor intelligence, pricing, management of room inventory and or the yield hurdle points, distribution channels, market segments mix and acceptance/denial of major group bookings to create and implement programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate, overall occupancy and increase business volume during off-peak periods has great leadership and enjoys coaching and developing team members
