Design, code, document and test components / subsystems to a world class standard in an agile way Be solution oriented – find and implement the ‘best fit’ solution to address the requirements on time Manage and mentor a team of engineers and deliver projects using agile methodologies. Lead architectural design of various R&D projects Ensure adherence to established software development process Share knowledge of various technologies to other team members Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics & Communications, Mathematics and Physics. Have prior experience in a senior position in architecting, leading, and/or managing team of 8 or more software developers. You will have comprehensive understanding of the implementation methodologies used in product development, specifically Javascript, dynamic and functional languages, convention over configuration and you consider yourself having full stack background and expertise. You will live and breathe Agile and SCRUM software development methodologies. You know what is Lean and why it matters. You love to code, seeking to grow your technical expertise both within and outside the working environment. You will innovate and constantly push boundaries and challenge the status quo in order to identify creative ways to deliver solutions to the customer. You will actively seek to work and collaborate with people, constantly seeking to learn from others and share your expertise with others. From a technical perspective you will have extensive knowledge on backend (Java/J2EE, Grails, Spring, Rails, Python, API design, micro-service architecture), front-end (CSS, HTML5, Javascript, AngularJS), Mobile (iOS, Android) Knowledge in EMV technology, Javacard, Hadoop, PCF, IoT would be good to have
