Director / Senior Manager, Product Marketing

The employer is involved and specializes in the development and manufacture of technological feed additives for the global feed industry. Responsible for managing regional product launch timeline, supporting regional / local product development and launching activities, liaising closely with regional / local marketing and HQ global product marketing. Responsible for implementation of global product rollout into APAC. Responsible to train local marketing staff for corporate policy / process on product and marketing activities. To supervise product related strategy such as pricing and new product development to keep consistency in APAC and globally. To support marketing related projects in APAC. Degree or equivalent, preferably with Business or Sales & Marketing background. At least 12 years of work experience doing Product Marketing / Brand Management, preferably in large multinational FMCG / CPG companies Prior experience leading teams (At least 5 years with a direct report) and working with cross functional teams Demonstrated success in terms of Project Conceptualization – Development Execution Motivated by leadership / marketing development challenges
