ED/MD - Transaction Banking/Trade Product Management

Responsibilities: Responsible in leading, developing and growing the bank’s full suite of Trade products in product ideation, innovation and digitalisation Incorporate technology with product development Being very current with the market’s digital capabilities on Trade Represent the bank at major events such as Industry forums or Trade Conferences in providing insights or potential market outlook across the Trade Business Develop and drive new initiatives across the bank on Trade Identify areas of the Trade business that requires new ideas or has growth opportunities Develop comprehensive road maps, plans on business strategy, new product initiatives, allocation of resources, infrastructure, etc Being attuned with the market and conduct regular review of existing product suite, pricing, features, market trends, etc Review new technologies, leverage on cloud based systems architecture and innovations in fintech to drive product innovation and business efficiency Requirements: A recognized Bachelor Degree At least 15 – 18 years of hands on experience in Trade Product Management/Transaction Banking focusing on Trade Familiar with Asian markets and Asian buying behaviour Ability to have a futuristic and innovative approach on the Trade business – Keen interest in wanting to incorporate digital capabilities with the Trade business Proven records in effective people and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle large teams and drive effective & efficient business activities across the team Prior experience in successfully driving effective changes Interested candidates please send your updated CV to teolilipplesearch.com.
