Executive / Senior Executive (HR Business Partner)

The employer is from Medical sector. 1) Manpower planning and talent management 2) Performance Management, Annual Increment / Bonus and Promotion exercises 3) Update and maintain databases in HRMS 4) Process statutory reports and claims 5) Report generation and analysis of trends to develop solutions and programmes 6) Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, implementation when required 7) Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR services support as and when assigned 8) Manage and resolve employee relation issues and grievances by partnering line managers to conduct thorough and objective investigations. 9) Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, career development, counselling, disciplinary actions) 10) Work closely with line management to improve work relationships and team morale, and increase productivity and retention a) Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management b) At least 2 - 5 years’ work experience in a HR business partnership role preferably in a healthcare or related setting. Candidates with higher number of years of experience will be employed as Senior Executive. c) Familiar with local labour laws and related statutory regulations d) Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably, in Peoplesoft HRMS e) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven track record in stakeholder management f) Possess business acumen, resilient with ability to solve problems
