Finance Projects Director (FMCG)

The employer is a dynamic consumer company with aggressive growth plans. Reporting to the Global Finance PMO Director, you will establish the PMO framework, processes and deliverables for Asia Pacific, including implementation of a new ERP system. This will include active oversight of project timelines, resource planning/scheduling, communication of business changes to end users and post implementation reviews. You will also work closely with the Finance organisation and cross-functional teams in analysing business needs and developing strategic projects to drive business performance. You are a qualified CA with 12 years of relevant experience, ideally gained as a PMO and/or Finance Projects Manager. You have a proven track record in ERP implementation and business process re-engineering, ideally supporting multiple markets across the region. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, perceptive and a strong business partner.
